Returns Policy:

Due to the outstanding quality of all our products, we are convinced that you will be satisfied with every product that leaves our shop to travel to your mailbox. Should this be not the case, you can return the goods in their original packaging and in the same conditions under which you received it within 15 working days upon receipt. Please send us an e-mail to malapatagallery@gmail.com for instructions.

After receiving the goods and verify that is sellable, we will refund your money within 15 days, discounting the cost of transportation, as soon as your return has arrived at our headquarters.

Shipping costs of returns/exchanges are responsibility of the client.

Shipping:

Prints are shipped in tubes and sent by registered mail (Track & Trace)

Delivery time:

• Portugal: 2-4 work days

• Europe: 5-8 work days

• Elsewhere: 8-10 work days

Rates:

• Portugal: 3,90€ - 5,50€

• Europe: 7,00€ - 16,00€

• Elsewhere: 10,00€ - 29,00€

Please note that if you are outside the European Union you are responsible for any customs fees incurred.

ORDERING

Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 2-5 work days of payment being received.

Please make sure you provide the correct address at the time of order because if the items are returned to us we will have to charge for re-postage.

We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us.

In the unlikely event that the goods become damaged during postage then please let us know as soon as they arrive and we can investigate this. If you do not report this immediately then we will not accept any responsibility for the damage and are not obliged to reimburse you.
